Anyone trying the 5:2 Intermittent Fasting Diet?

I recently read about this diet and the apparent health benefits of it. I started on it 8 days ago and have completed 3 fast days. I weighed myself this morning and have lost 2.5lbs, not bad considering have done very little exercise.

I'd love to hear from anyone else trying this out especially re what you eat on fasting days.
