Low carb 'cheese cake'

When craving something sweet, I usually take 30g mascarpone cheese and mix it with a little unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia to taste. It comes out at around 134 calories, 2g carbs and 2g protein :) Great if you're craving something sweet or creamy and tastes like cheese cake filling, you could always put it on a biscuit for a real treat :)

  • Another option is to chop up banana into little pieces and freeze them. When you feel like ice cream, use a hand blender to mix up the frozen banana with a little cocoa powder. Put in a bowl, pour on some flavoured yoghurt, throw some blueberries and chopped almonds over the top and it's almost as good as a sundae!
