Low carb 'cheese cake'

When craving something sweet, I usually take 30g mascarpone cheese and mix it with a little unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia to taste. It comes out at around 134 calories, 2g carbs and 2g protein Great if you're craving something sweet or creamy and tastes like cheese cake filling, you could always put it on a biscuit for a real treat

Another option is to chop up banana into little pieces and freeze them. When you feel like ice cream, use a hand blender to mix up the frozen banana with a little cocoa powder. Put in a bowl, pour on some flavoured yoghurt, throw some blueberries and chopped almonds over the top and it's almost as good as a sundae!
