Diet and Motivation Friends!

Hi, I am 23 years old 5ft 7 and currently weight 213lb and want lose around 50lbs. I am looking for people who will help keep me motivated and i will motivate them also as i know most people have days where they feel they are going to go off track a little bit!

I would appreciate any tips on dieting and exercise as i dont know much about the do's and dont's lol! Hope someone feels they can help me with my weight loss journey! :-) Thank you and good luck! xxx
