The fact that my hubby and I now have grown children and are starting to travel ALONE !!!. I want to fit and healthy so I can enjoy all the sites
The people here give me great motivation0 -
I afraid of being ill, because fat causes many illness. Actually I feel that I have to do, I want to be healthy.
