    I am also in my 30s..I hate saying that out loud..I feel old lol. Anyways..I just started really becoming committed to my workouts and nutrition this year..I used to be able to eat whatever, whenever I wanted and never worry about weight..seems turning 30 really changes your game..anyone feel free to add me as a friend :)
