Hi to all!
I'm a bit confused with all the BMR, TDEE, Net Calories etc and would like some guidance please
I have been following a healthier diet and been going to the gym more for the last couple of weeks. Basically, I only want to lose about 7 pounds and tone up a bit. I dont know if I HAVE to eat all the calories I am allocated, if I have to eat more on the days that I go to the gym etc. How much is too little? I have only lost a couple of pound in the last 2 weeks but I dont really want to lose it any quicker. I'm worried it may stop as I dont understand how many calories I am supposed to be eating, if I go over one day but I am under the next is that ok? etc.
Help? Anyone? Thanks

check out the forum post "in place of a road map 2.0" Then work it out =D every one is different though so you might have to fiddle with the amount of cals you eat until you find what works for you. Good luck0

If you're losing around a pound a week (or even half a pound since you have so little to lose), then you're doing it right. probably
You can immerse yourself in all the maths of TDEE etc, but in the end, those just give you a suggestion of where to start. It comes down to trial and error.
Always eat at least 1200 calories, a bit more if you've done a strenuous workout.0
