30 day shred

Hi everyone
For those of you who are doing the 30 day shred, are you adding this on to your excersise diary? And if so what are you putting it under?
Looking to start the 30 day shred again and wouldn't mind some motivation from people who are currently doing it! Need a kick up the backside haha

    I also log it as circuit training but only 25 minutes as I don't include the warm up and down. I am just about to do day 5, feeling it today as I also did an aerobic last night, plus got another class tonight so will be sore tomorrow.
