Hey guys, this is in response to my precious thread found at
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/860898-1000-calories-leftover-every-day?page=1#posts-12943737
Today I had a net calorie balance of 318 (as opposed to over 1200 yesterday).
Is this better?
Regards
Luke

Like you had 300 left you could eat?
Or your NET (caloies eaten - exercise cals = NET) was 300?
If the first one, yes better.
If second one, WORSE.0
