What do you do to tone that Jelly Belly??

Hi Guys,

I've been losing the weight nice and slow, but now it is time to actually start toning up the dreaded Jelly Belly and the other bits and bobs!!

I play netball twice a week so that deals with the cardio, and I do Pilates once a week. I have recently acquired a Kettlebell and try to do about 20 or so minutes of beginner Kettlebell exercises in between.

I do have split tummy muscles, so doing sit-ups and crunches is a complete NO NO, but any other tips and exercises you found help would be highly appreciated!

    Losing over all body fat and time are about it. You can tighten up the muscles but no one will see them if they're buried under a layer of fat and loose skin. Belly fat is usually the last to go and it can take 2 years for skin to shrink as much as it's going to.

    Moderate calorie deficit
    Reasonable eating plan
    Exercise (cardio and strength training - ab specific work not required)
    Time


    You'll just have to be patient, sorry! Keep losing weight/body fat and you'll get there eventually!

    Ahhh...Patience. Thinking I lost that somewhere in the snow! :)
