:blushing: Hello to all on the journey to wellness. I have been away for a while, picked up a few pounds over the holidays, but am on my way back down again. I am a runner, biker and sometimes swimmer. I have a two main goals this year (1) to lose 20 pounds and keep it off.(2) Qualify for the Boston marathon. I have dropped about 4 pounds since Christmas through better eating habits and exercise, but my nemesis is always sugar. I can't seem to kick it. Any ideas are welcome. I have journaled for the past 3 weeks and no secrets ok. Tell me what you think.
