HI EVERYBODY!!!!
my name is Pam and I would like to thank bethsherbahn for telling about this website. Today was my first real full day and I am under my calorie intake and NOT STARVING. I have never really done diets i nthe past always just said "I want tolose weight" but never really did anything to do it. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!
