Fitness Classes?

Good Morning all-

I'm having a bit of trouble trying to put in the accurate amount of calories burned for the fitness classes I'm taking! What should I put for Barre class, Les Mills Body Pump and Lithe Method classes?

    its going to be different for each person and different by your own effort. I suggest a HRM - heart rate monitor, to get an accurate reading. otherwise, its pure guess.

    True it's going to be a guess without a heart rate monitor (which I have but battery is dead). I use "aerobics" & change it from high impact to low depending on the class. Hope that helps.
