What tolerances do you keep to in your diary?

Hello, just wondering how exact do people aim for within their food diaries, do you try to stick to say 5 or 10% of all your measures?
I'm trying to keep to within +/- 5% of calories and maybe up to +/- 10% difference on the other measures.
As long as it balances out over the week does it really matter?

I try to focus on staying within my calorie limit. I did pretty bad last week, but I feel that if I can't enjoy myself once in a while, i'm not going to stick with it. Having "friends" on here is a great motivation. I also try to earn my snacks by exercising and still keeping under my goal.0

I mainly aim for calorie goal and I stick as close to the number as I can without leaving myself either starving or stuffed (so if I happen to have a lot left at the end of the day I don't force it). I don't pay super close attention to the others, but I keep an eye on it just to see.0

I do all right estimating. But I have a food scale and decided to start weighing my portions last week. It's easy and I like having more accurate measurements. For example last week I thought a portion of steak was 300 calories. I weighed it and it was only 220. Same meal, I sliced and grilled a leftover baked potato. I thought it was about 250 calories. It was actually about 150. That gave me enough room in my calorie budget for a small scoop of ice cream :-)0

I guess I have difference goals. As I'm not trying to lose weight I don't want to always be under on my calories. I'm more trying to eat healthier and gain muscle.0

I'm pretty spot on. but I usually dont like to be over/under by 20g of anything. I'm much more exact in the spring/summer when I am shedding weight.0

My main focus is my macros. I try not to over my calories more than 100 or under more than 200. (Trying to get closer to 'on target ' with calories, but I stress more over macros.)
My macros are set to 35 Carb/30Fat/35Protein. I aim for a weekly goal on those. So my daily may be over one or the other, but I try to have then on target at the end of the week.
I am also very close to maintenance. My big goal was to reach 135, with the possibility of 130 if it comes easily. I think i'd like to settle at 133#. am at 135.0 -
I keep an eye on things daily but really focus more on the week. Weight wise I'm maintaining and give myself a +/- 5lbs so if I get near either end I will watch my dailies more. I watch the big 3 macros and a couple of micros, try to get close each day. Probably watch protein the closest as that is one macro I tend to be low in.0

I try to stay around 1200 calories.0

I try my best to stay under my calorie, carb, fat, and sodium content. I don't pay any attention to my protien as long as I reach my goal (I don't care if I go over). I make sure I get my 88oz of water in per day. Calorie and carbs I'm almost always good on, but its rough when I have to go out to dinner (business or whatever) because my fat and sodium content goes through the roof. Annoying!0
