I am having lunch with friends today at a Mexican Restaurant. In general, can you tell me what is not too high in calories? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I'd try ordering a grilled fajitas and not eat the tortillas0

I usually stick with a tamale which is approximately 240 calories, OR a chicken salad minus the cheese and fried bowl and half the sourcream OR fajitas without the tortillas and beans. The biggest thing to look out for are the chips, the cheese and the refried beans pretty much. Most places have a good choice of salads and shrimp versions are pretty low cal.0
