Thought I'd share with you all some stuff I made the other day.
These taste great and can be made really easily.

Not quite sure how to put images into the post so I'll just link the twitter posts.
The plate on the left is strawberry and coconut - tastes amazing and is high protein, low carbs.
I made this with two scoops of strawberry whey protein, and three scoops of dessicated coconut. Add a little milk/water/almond milk/coconut milk until the mixture starts to bind and mix it up until you have a doughy consistency. sometimes its worth just sprinkling a little more protein powder in to help try it out.
Then shape into little bars. The macros will vary depending on the exact protein you use but I worked out mine were approximagely 8-9 grams of protein and the total kcal for the bar around 90.
Those on the right are a little more complex but not much! the pale ones are vanilla whey, ground almond and dessicated coconut in roughly equal quantity. two scoops protein and one scoop coconut, one scoop almond, mix with coconut milk, skimmed milk, almond milk etc to get them to bind and shape into bars. roughly 120kcals per bar.
The chocolate ones are amazing though they have a few more calories because I added pure coco powder too. So same sort of mix, two scoops chocolate whey, one scoop coconut, one scoop ground almonds and a tablespoon of coco powder. Circa 135kcals and a decent chunk of protein. roughly 11g. I'll do the macros properly next time.
I got some inspiration from this website - proteinpow.com - the woman who runs it has some awesome reciepies - and is much better with the macros. I just wanted to show how easy they are. In the end I coated them with some 90% lindt chocolate so they had a very thin layer and they taste indredible and the amount of chocolate on each doesn't add too many extra kcals.
enjoy.
