jillian michaels 30 day shred

Can anyone tell me about how many calories you would burn on the 3 different levels? i do the workouts but have no idea how to calculate it?

    I usually estimate around 300 each.... more for level 3 obviously since it is SAVAGE!!!

    Well there are a lot of factors to how much you burn. I never finished 30DS, but level 1 I typically burned around 200 calories or so(I use a HRM), and I am 5'7 at that time was probably around 140lbs. Everyone is different though.

  • Everyone is different, your weight, heights, and how hard you push yourself factors the calories burned. I know this is a big no no for alot of fitness people on here, but hey it works. Go to walmart and buy a HRM for 30$, its a wrist watch. Reason why alot of people are against it is cause it doesn't really target your heart rate since its on your wrist, but it gives you a good reasonable number. Chest straps you can find on amazong cheaper then actually buying it on other sites. You can find them ranging from 50$ and up. I done level 1 for a month an half (was scared to move to level 2 lol) and I burned between 350-430 depending on how hard I pushed myself and if I did every move without having to modify it.     I need a battery for my HRM, so I just log it as "Circuit Training, General" and the duration (20 minutes).

    I don't own a HRM yet, so this is what I do :)
