Been using MFP for a while, but decided I needed some extra motivation. I am 5'6'' and weigh 150 lb. I wan to get down to 130-135 lb in the next three months.
I exercise a fair amount (14h+/wk), am an athlete, but definitely have some extra fat that would be wonderful to be rid of to improve performance and be able to do a couple of pull-ups, and of course to feel better about myself in general.
Generally eat less than 1500 calories/day, but tend to eat to crave and eat too many sweets (within the 1500 cal).
I have been both exercising and eating like that since October, but only started actually losing weight over Christmas vacation. I was 155lb.
Hoping to keep the scale going down, any advice and support is greatly appreciated!
