Hello!
My name is Louise and i'm from the UK, i'm 20 yesrs old and wants to loose 4st. Just started a new diet yesterday and hoping to get good results.
I do have PCOS so anyone on here who can give good advice about this would be great.
Would love to have more friends on here, so I can and encourage and help them, and hopefully they can do the same for me.
