Have a head cold :( Workout??

Hey everyone so I have a head/sinus cold going on :( I am continuing to eat healthy and drinking lots of fluids but I'm concerned about falling behind on my workouts. I have read so many different opinions online regarding being sick and working out. Some websites say absolutely not.. Since you immune system is already working to get the infection out of your body it's best to rest. While others say go ahead and work out. What are your opinions and when you get sick like this what do you guys normally do? Thank so much for the help and hope everyone has a great day!
