    1. EGGS. Can never have too many eggs on hand. My staple breakfast.
    2. Almond milk. Pretty much the only thing I drink besides water.
    3. "Magick" multigrain bread by Bon Matin. Lowest cal and carb bread I've ever seen.
    4. Canned tuna. Great for sandwiches, salads, or just straight from the can as a protein-filled snack!
    5. Bananas. Fav ingredient for smoothies.
    6. Oranges. Used to hate oranges. Now I can't get enough of them!
    7. Broccoli or cauliflower. Staple veggies that are good raw, steamed, mashed, pan fried, etc. etc. etc.
    8. Shrimp. I adore seafood, and they're quick to whip up into a fantastic dish, or to just eat with some premade sauce as a snack.
    9. Mushrooms. Another simple food to quickly pan fry as a side dish.
    10. CHEESE. Many kinds! Perfect as a snack, an egg topper, a chili topper, a cracker topper, a sandwich accompaniment, etc.

Funny, because my breakfast is the same 5 days a week, so it floats to the top ten. The cereal is my daily night time snack, and I eat either Shreddies or Raisin Bran for the fibre and iron. Makes it look like I only eat bread, peanut butter and cereal!
