Looking for support

I just started really working at losing weight again with the new year and I will have three or four days of great food choices and exercising and then I will see a pizza and then suddenly it's gone. Well, half of it at least. I just a little help with those moments when I want to eat for fun and relaxation while sitting at home at the end of the night. Or when there's a game on and everyone is grazing and I have to stay away because if I start. . .

Any advice or friends to help me through this would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like me! I had a not so good food choice day yesterday, but today is today and I am not going to keep making myself feel gulity. I know one thing that helps me is going to the Y.
