Google them
Has anybody tried them ??
I was thinking of making a batch to keep in the freezer for breakfast during the week
6 egg whites
1 cup rolled oats, dry
1 cup cottage cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Im not really a cottage cheese fan, but Im sure you cant taste it in this situation .

Minus the sugar
Add Stevia/Fruit for flavor0 -
I just made BL pancakes and they were pretty good. I also used stevia instead of sugar.0

I make these occassionally, but add about 1 tsp baking powder to lighten them up a little.
Once you've made the batter, let it sit for a few minutes to thicken up and it will hold the bubbles a bit better...making it a lot more like "normal" pancakes.0 -

Cool! Thanks for the tip.0
