New on here :)

Hello! I'm Kayla, I'm 20 and am looking to lose a few pounds for summer. I weigh 138 and have noticed that my weight gain has came from eating out a lot and having junk food lying around the house. I've recently cut my soda intake and am hoping that this will help a ton! My goal is to be a fit 130. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you! :)

    Hello! Seems like you already taking the right steps by joining this site. Tracking your food intake will help you get a better idea of where any weight gain is coming from. There are plenty of resources on these forums and in the groups for advice on setting your calorie goals and a fitness program.

  • Welcome!! Sounds like you are on your way! I heard a good nutrition tip that was catchy recently. The person said, "If you can't kill it or grow it, don't eat it." I like to stay pretty much around the perimeter of the grocery store. I'll add you as a friend so I can keep up with your progress. What fitness programs are you looking into?? I'm on day 58 of p90x! Can't wait to see my 60 day photos!!
