Just Starting to use this Site

Just starting to use this site. I have a weight loss goal of 50 lbs and I'm down 9 (since January 1, 2013). Hoping to stay on track and have those pounds lost by the middle of summer!

    I'd also like to incorporate the following goals into my plan:
    --Lose enough weight to wear a nice simple black dress again.
    --Wear smaller sized clothing.
    --Wear a belt - even if it's just for fashion's sake.
    --Tuck in my shirt, if I want.
    --Wear shorts.

    As you can tell, most of my goals have to do with the 'self-image' portion of my weight loss. I also want to feel good and lead a more healthful lifestyle.
