Need easy prep healthy dinner items....

I've recently started bartending in the evenings and I work a full time job during the days. The bar does not serve food so if I eat during my shift I must order out or bring from home. Does anyone have any suggestions for a higher protein snack that is easy to prep and pack?

Do you have access to a fridge? You could grill up some chicken breasts one night and then cut them into chunks or strips. Put in a baggie and they are ready to go. You could also take some lettuce and maybe some salsa and make a little taco out of it.0
