As of today I have lost 14.6 lbs.
I've been here roughly 87 days.
That's an average of 1.17 lbs a week
Guess what I am doing?
Counting calories..... That is ALL!
I thought losing this weight (SW 226) was going to be WAY harder. I thought It would take FOREVER for me to see results. I have lost inches already.
Ask me what I eat! I DARE YOU! look at my diary. I'm not eating whole foods, I'm not eating salads everyday. A matter of fact, I'm not always in my macros either (honestly I don't really pay attention to them except sodium)
My point is, all those times that you told yourself "I can't" was a lie.
My clothes already fit better and I feel like I've barely changed anything. I'm not stressing out when I go over my calories. If you drive me to a fast food restaurant you better believe I'm going to eat something.
With little baby steps you can achieve anything. When you think things are getting tough just count out the calories (even if you're over). Don't make it harder then it needs to be.
I'm 5'3.5" and I'm currently 211lbs.
I can't get over that I've seemed to do NOTHING and I've lost weight. Glad I got an 87 day head start
PS to add, my hubby and friends all can tell I've lost weight ;-)

Good job! I hope I can do as well as you:) (I'm weighing myself monthly..the 7 pound loss is because I caved and weighed myself 11 days in..)
Anyways, good luck with your journey!0
