Adding protein shakes with lots of different ingredients

Hi all,

I'm a new newbie!

I'm also in need of some help, a couple of things;

1. Whilst trying a Sainsburys musli I can't see how you can add more than a 50g serving? I eat 110g serving FYI.
2. I'm trying a protein shake with multiple ingredients, for instance, I add a banana, oats, peanut butter, almonds, protein power etc -

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
