Yes I have been on a 1200 cal goal for the since I started this a couple months back..
BUT!!... Before you grab your pitchforks and run me out of town i'd like to add that this is what MFP set for me and although I have been reading success stories etc I hadn't paid much attention to all he posts about having your cal's too low, until now...
In the past 2 months of 1200 cals and exercising I have lost 8lbs, so a lb a week but I feel tired and my energy levels are practically non-existent..
Anywho, the point of this post is that now I have "seen the light" I want to up my cals to 1800 (some site told me this should be my goal?) and I just want to know if I should just bump it up and start today at that or if I should go maybe 1500 for a week and move up slowly, plus if it is higher do I still eat back my exercise cals?? I did at 1200 cause I was HUUUUUNNNNGRRRRYYY..
Thanks and yes, I know I should have researched my daily cals needs etc when I started but I didn't so yea.. :blushing: Naughty Hannah!
Thanks in advance :drinker: :flowerforyou:

If I were you I would slowly bump it up, see where your happy place is. I sometimes eat 1200 calories a day and feel great and other days I eat 1800-2000 and feel great too. For me it depends on how hard I worked out that day and what kind of calories I put in my body. Good luck!0
