Hi everyone,
At one point in my life I weighed 285lbs. I had lost a bit when I met (now) fiancee, but I was still 250lbs. The first year we were together I lost 50lbs, but this last bit has been killing me. I am currently at 180lbs and want to be down to 150lbs. So I have 30lbs left to lose. Right now I have a terrible cold and feel bloated and icky, but I am sure I will be back losing weight soon. I have a gluten intolerance, which limits what I can eat, along with other allergies that also limit my foods. I would love to get suggestions about healthy recipes that are gluten free and suggestions on how to lose weight while the other person in your life needs to gain. Also some friends and support will be really helpful. I live in Gresham, OR and am 27 years old.
