Work Lunch Dilemma!!! Please Help. :C

Hi all! So far I have been doing pretty good at watching what I eat, but I am having some REAL TROUBLE with what I eat at work, due to a few factors:

1) No Fridge for storing food
2) Microwave not guaranteed
3) Food available to purchase is UNHEALTHY to the MAXXXXXXX!!!!!

So, I know I need to do some better planning and pack some lunches and snacks. I am in the stage where my stomach is adjusting, and if I don't snack a little something, I start to feel rather sick/nauseated.

I will happily take lunch box/bag recommendations and, most importantly, I need some good ideas/recipes of easy stuff to take. Also, I don't mind making things in advance sometimes... maybe I could make a soup now and again.

I admittedly am not the type to ever take a lunch, and so lunch-packing is pretty foreign to me outside the realm of a sandwich..

Thanks!

I would definitely make use of a thermos to keep things hot or cold since you do not have a guaranteed microwave and no fridge. You can heat up your chicken and vegetables and put in the thermos before you go to work or put a salad in it. It's just a matter or heating it before you leave home. You got this!
