Oatmeal Pancakes

I just made these for the first time and they are good.
Recipe
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup oats non cooked
1 teaspoon cinnamon
cook as you would a pancake.
Top this with fruit and or honey. 200 calories for two pancakes plus whatever fruit you add.

I use Quaker oats old fashsion but I am sure instant oats will work.0

applesauce works as a great sub for the egg beaters too!

sounds good. The oats arent hard? Do you let them sit for a little bit?0

The oats absorb the liquid pretty fast. Yuo can let them set if you want them softer0

I loved this recipe I used 1/4 cup of quick oats and 3 egg whites, dash of cinnamon...mix it up the night before and cook in the am....a perfect after workout snack...protein packed!!!
