Does anyone treat themselves once a week to a small something? If so what do you use as a treat?

I definitely treat myself everyday! I absolutely can't live without dessert!
(I try to keep to the lower calorie/ slightly healthier options...but my chocolate craving does not go away unless I give in to some of these things):
My favorite is the Jello sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding with chopped walnuts and a banana mixed in! It ends up being delicious, and also feels like you are getting a substantial treat because it fills you up!
I will also mix in the skinny cow ice-cream treats (50-100 cal a piece). These are great to cull some of the sugary cravings!
I also love individually packaged dark chocolate squares! Depending on the brand, they are ~40 calories a square and absolutely delicious!
Some other things include:
-air popped popcorn, drizzled in dark chocolate
-rice cakes
-Jello snack packs
-Balance protein bars (cookie dough flavored) [the most delicious bar I have come across so far...tastes like a chocolate bar but keeps you full way longer, because it has 15g of protein!]0 -
I have dessert whenever I feel like, but try to stick to 1 skinny cow bar a day for 100 cals. When I find a recipe I like, I try to make that as well if the calories are right, though usually having stuff in larger portions causes me to binge so I have to be careful.
I also treat myself to a free day once every 1-2 weeks where I don't worry about calories for a day.0 -
I gave up on the idea of treats. If I want it I'll eat it, so long as it fits in with my calories and macros (ok, so sometimes I don't worry about my macros so much... damned sugar)0

I slice a banana in half, then slice both halves lengthwise. Then I melt some good dark chocolate in the microwave and pour over the banana. If I can afford the calories, I sometimes spread organic almond butter over the banana and then pour the chocolate! What a yummy and satisfying treat for a chocolate lover like me;-))!!!!!!!0
