    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? None set

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Managed to work a cupcake in without "cheating" on my calorie goals.

    What would I have done differently? Did some weight-training.

    What is today's personal goals? 45 minute walk at lunch, stay within calorie goals.
