Ive been making smoothies with one banana, a handful of frozen berries, a spoonful of Fage 0% unsweetend greek yogurt, a packet of stevia, and a little bit of skim milk- the amount of milk depends on how thick/thin you like it. You can pretty much use any frozen fruit you like. I also add a tablespoon of vitamineral green powder but you can add any vitamin/supplement you wish, or not!
This usually makes about 1 or 2 smoothies!

Today I made a pina colada one. Coconut milk, a banana, some pineapple, and ice.
I usually make a chocolate banan. milk, banan, chocolate powder.0 -
I do have natural sugar from the fruit that I use. Mandarin oranges, half a banana, baby spinach and frozen strawberries. I add greek yogurt also and a little skim milk- yummy!!!0

150ml semi skimmed milk

I like to use almond or coconut milk, frozen fruit, and greek yogurt. I looked at the one I made today and it had 19 grams of sugar - mostly from the vanilla yogurt I used. You could use plain and a little stevia for less sugar.0

My hubby makes the smoothies in our household, but never adds sugar. He does combine some sweet or starchy fruit such as
banana
pineapple
kiwi
melon
peeled pears
as a base and mixes these with tarter ingredients such as
peeled apples
frozen berries
unsweetened cranberry juice.
oranges
Sometimes low fat yoghurt is added. Hope this helps.0
