Good day, my name is Ed and I am originally from the Kensington and Bridesburg sections of Philadelphia. I have been in the Air Force for the last 14 years. I have been using MFP for years and today I decided to join groups for support.
Recently, I had micro fracture surgery on my right knee so I haven't done much cardio in a while and subsequently, gained about 15-20 lbs over the last 3 months. (yes it is possible).
