Activity Level-Help!!

When I first signed up two weeks ago I put in "Sedentary". I have been much more active of course and am wondering if it is too soon to change to "Lightly Active" or should I leave it the way it is for longer?
I work a desk job however I am up and down the stairs quite frequently. I also go for a half hour walk on my lunch break everyday as well as do a half hour workout every evening.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

I would put it as lightly active. If you are walking up and down stairs quite a bit and don't just sit down all day everyday doing nothing you aren't sedetary.0

You are in the right category. I am on my feet all day and even I can only put moderate. You have to be walking for over 8 hours a day or exercising for 4 or more to be able to classify yourself active.
If you put the wrong category down then your sums will not be right and then you will not lose the right weight.
If you are climbing stairs just add it up honestly and add it to your exercise. It will give you calories back that you can choose to eat but I would suggest that you do not eat all of them or you wont lose as much weight0
