Only started diet and exercise 3 weeks ago and I've already lost half a stone. So proud of myself and it's given me more of a push to carry on and lose more weight:)

    Keep it up. I think the beginning was kind of hard to stay motivated. I started losing weight pretty noticeably right away but my eating habits were sooooo horrible. It was such a big change for me. Stay with it and can't wait to see your progress pictures.
