Can anyone recommend a suitable work out?

Hey guys! I'm currently on day 14 of the shred, however, I'm having to modify jillians workouts because I suffer with a diastasis (split of the tummy muscles). This doesn't allow me to do crunches and sit up so I do more suited Ab work instead.

I'm sick of having to change workouts! Can anyone suggest a programme that I can stick to properly? Has anyone had the same diagnosis but got great results with a normal work out?
