What's in your Recent Foods section?

So, I like to look at other people's food Diaries to get a sense of what other's are eating. I'm not on MFP to starve myself from foods I love eating, just have to learn to eat less and exercise more.

So, my question is what is in your 'Recent' food diary?

Here's mine:

Breakfast: 8oz Latte (made @ home using skim milk), French Press Coffee w/French Vanilla Creamer, Boiled Egg, Ciabatta Bread, Goat Cheese, Olives, Ore Ida Tater Tots, Hummus, fruit.

Lunch: Homemade Guacamole, Tuna Sandwich on french bread, summer rolls, sushi rolls, cheeseburger, cheesesteak sandwich, fries (yes, i love fries).

Dinner: Rice, Meat (Lamb, Salmon, Shrimp, and Chicken (skinless), Quinoa Dish w/Veggies, Homemade Salad (with simple dressing of olive oil, lemon and salt), Lentil dish with Rice, Vegetable dishes (containing squash, tomatoes, green beans, eggplant, spinach, okra).

Snack(s): almonds, dark chocolate, greek yogurt, fruit tart, homemade cakes and deserts (clafoutis, muffins).

    Calories? Daily target? Calories for each element?

    Would be much more helpful if your own diary was open for browsing too BTW.
