What workout you do,How often do you change your workouts

I try to do something different everyday either faster higher level. I switch different workout programs like 30 day shred,hip hop abs,tae bo,melt it off every 12 weeks I start another program dvd. I do circuit training and weights two to three times a week.
I walk,bike eliptical,stepper,looking to add more and more new things as I go.
