Everyday since I've gotten this app, my Vitamin A has been at least 500% over my daily amount...what?! I eat a pretty normal balanced diet but I do try to eat a lot of vegetables. Nothing specifically for vitamin A, I'm not a carrot or tomato freak, usually some baby carrots now and then but not a lot. I do not take a vitamin, this is all from food. I think this amount is enough to be toxic but I have no idea how to lower my amount. I don't even know where it's all coming from. What foods are high in vitamin A? I would to avoid them if possible.
