Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

I'm starting this tomorrow! Want to get toned by the end of March for vacation. Anyone else starting this? I've tried before and it definitely worked me out. I want to try to stick to it this time!

    Just started it Saturday..

    I'm mixing it up this time... doing a few levels at a time each day for more burn.

  • I have to say that I am not a fan of weights and strength exercises, although I could run all day long. So I found the workout very refreshing and it made me more aware of my muscles in my entire body, not just my legs.
  • I'm not a fan of weights and strength either. But, this workout seriously makes you feel everything in your body, which I LOVE! I can't wait to get started again, best of luck to you guys!

    I just finished Day 1 today.

    I did this dvd for about 2 weeks a couple of years ago. I stopped due to laziness and now look where that got me! :)

    However, last time I lost many inches, not so much in pounds in just 2 weeks! I kicked my rearend and I loved it. Doing it again!
