Suggestions, Guidance, Support Needed.

I am starting my life plan again. I was within 6lbs of my goal four years ago, having lost a total of 171lbs. Thanks to Menopause, depression and a Vitamin D Deficiency, I have 80 lbs to loose again. I suppose it could be worse, I could have gained everything back. I am so discouraged and am having a hard time wrapping my head around my once diligent eating and fitness plan. I know what I have to do, I just can't seem to do it. Any suggestions, guidance, support is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Fitness starts with one step at a time.Healthy eating is one choice at a time. You know how to lose weight so it really comes down to choice. Forgive yourself for gaining some of the weight.

We all stumble. I think that's what makes us so great...that we can overcome, always and without fail if we truly want to. Think back to those days and the passion you had for your life, the drive and eventual milestones that you had, not just in your weight loss, but in your personal life, as a result of your commitment to health. Look back on what broke it all, and put the pieces back together. I am here to support you! I have fallen off a few wagons myself0

4 years ago is 4 years ago. Each day that you are making some sort of effort will put you that much closer to your goal. You can do this!!! Even though I say don't live in the last, losing 171 lbs is incredible!0

Thanks, you all said exactly what I needed to hear! Day 1 went well, although I didn't eat all my calories....and my montra is back in my head..."you must eat to loose" Thanks again.0
