Finally started!

Hello all. =) saying hello to everyone here. I was browsing some of the apps on my ipad and came across myfitnesspal, I figured it might be a good way to keep track of my progress. There is something fulfilling about seeing a chart and big green numbers, saying how many calories I am under for the day. It's a nice end to a day of eating decently and working out at my local gym (Club Julian off McKnight in Pittsburgh, PA).

I'm always up for making new friends and such, so if you're interested, feel free to add me or I'll gladly invite you! I hope everyone achieves their goal in life, and if there is anything I can offer as far as mental support, I'll do my best haha.
