I have found that depending on the time of day and the time of the month my weight fluctuates. I was wondering if a similar principle is involved in measuring inches? For instance, I finally updated my inches today and found that I gained 1-3 inches in almost every area, despite visually and weight - wise not noticing a big difference. However, I measured myself right at the start of my period, at night, and immediately after working out. Would that effect the measurement?

My waist is about a half inch to inch bigger at night so its possible it's because of the time of day.0
