"other carbohydrates"

Hello....when reading the cereal box label...some cereals have "other carbohydrates" on them...so do you add those to the total carbs or just look at the total carbs and thats it? i have always wondered this! thanks!

    What I do is actually take the carb total and subtract the fiber grams from it. This gives you an accurate amount of consumable and digestible carbs. Hope this helped some-what :smile:

    You just go by the total carbs, they word it that way because some are soluble and some are insoluble.
