Hello....when reading the cereal box label...some cereals have "other carbohydrates" on them...so do you add those to the total carbs or just look at the total carbs and thats it? i have always wondered this! thanks!

What I do is actually take the carb total and subtract the fiber grams from it. This gives you an accurate amount of consumable and digestible carbs. Hope this helped some-what
