Food Allergies

I am allergic to corn, lactose, and gluten. I normally try and limit my soy intake. I am getting tired of potato chips. Any, preferably high protein, snack ideas?

For high protein, there is always the option of an apple with peanut butter. I also like to snack on veggies with hummus (I am somewhat obsessed with hummus). There are nondairy and non-soy yogurt options out there (think goat cheese...mmmmmmm), that have some extra protein and are fairly versatile (you could make a smoothie with the yogurt, frozen fruit, and almond milk). I have also "baked" sweet potatoes in the microwave and snacked on a half with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic salt; while not high in protein, this is a fairly high-fiber snack, so it will keep you full for a while.
You could also check out some lactose-free cheeses, such as goat cheese (read the label to make sure that the particular brand hasn't added cow's milk dairy to it), Cabot brand cheeses (label says there is no lactose in Cabot cheese or Cabot butter), and some versions of Kraft cheese (also, check the label; most contain no lactose, but some do). Lactaid also makes a lactose-free cottage cheese, which is awesome and does not contain soy. So, you could still have the calcium and general yumminess of cheese, but without lactose0
