Green Bean Salad

We had it this past weekend and it was a big hit. I just bought all the stuff so I can make it myself.


Green Beans w/ Feta and Dill
serves 8
serving size: 1 cup (about 125g)
129 cals/serving
3g protein
8 g fat
216 g sodium

2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup prepared Good Seasons Italian Dressing
(my sis made it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup fresh dill

Cook the beans, drain, and let cool.
Add everything else.

The original recipe says to eat it chilled, but we ate it at room temp and it was great.

    Sounds really good. I love green beans.
    I think I will go for the vinegar and evoo to cut the sodium level, although the Italian would be fantastic, and 1/2 cup is not much.
