I am here to let any of you know that are wondering if weight loss surgery may be right for you know that it works and the weight WILL come off when you stick to the plan! I've lost 50 pounds since late October of 2012 and I could not be any happier with my decision, just 5 weeks out from surgery! I had a VSG surgery 12/7/11 and lost 117 lbs in about 7.5 months and have kept it off now for six months I would like to lose another 15 or 20 but for now atleast I'm maintaining.

YES, it does work!! I had surgery 11/5/12 and have lost 55 pounds so far...sticking to plan, walking 5 miles a day and loving life! Best thing I EVER did!!!!

May I ask what you did to boost your success? Foods you eat, exercising (how long & how often), etc. I need advice badly...no support groups or wls people in the boondocks where I live & my doctor is 3 hours away...please help?
