So, I was googling low-calorie cakes, cookies, etc. I love baking and I came across this website http://www.recipe-ideas.co.uk. It has some really nice recipes and this one is quite tasty :P

Ingredients
6 oz semisweet chocolate (chips)
1/2 cup hot water
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour, all-purpose (I use self-raising flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
icing sugar (optional)

> In large heatproof bowl set over hot water, melt chocolate with water,
stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; let cool slightly.
> Whisk in egg whites and vanilla. Stir together sugar, flour, baking
powder and salt; stir into chocolate batter until just combined.
> Pour into lightly greased 8 in. square cake pan. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 20
to 25 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.
> Let cool on rack; dust with icing sugar

They do sound good. I just want to be sure I have it right. You mix the chocolate & water together to melt the chocolate?

Yeah, add 1/2 a cup of hot water to the chocolate and put that in a pan of boiling water and keep stirring.
That's how I made mine, and they turned out great. I got it off that website and it confused me, but it didn't ruin them. :)
